Jack Skellington, Spiders, Hello Kitty, & Rocker Music.....Let's Play Dress Up!

The Fairycakes Boutique guest launch "Peek-A-Boo!" is finally here.  Many fine designers are taking part in this launch.

I am honored to say that I am currently a guest participant in this auction. It has been a LOT of fun.  I listed several of my boutique items with more to come. Here are some of the things that I listed on Ebay.
First is a very unique handmade crocheted Jack Skellington necklace. It is beaded with a Jack pendant. This item is the perfect unisex jewelry accessory item. I have one that is ready made and ready to ship and the other auction is for a custom item in auction winners desired length.

Vacation Bible School....Fun For All!

Sharing some pictures of Vacation Bible School

Summer is normally full of fun activities. This summer has been no exception. When my daughter fractured her arm and was told she had to "be still" for several weeks, her mind began to race. All she seemed to be able to think of was all the fun that she would miss out on. She did have to miss several planned activities (farm tours, air shows, beach trips, horseback riding and caving, to name a few) but was thrilled to be released by her doctor in time to attend Vacation Bible School. She goes every year, and like the other children in attendance, loves it.
I thought for Fun Friday, I would share some of the pictures that I took during the weeks festivities, which, I must say, was fun for all!

Booties For Twins!

Here are two pair of baby booties I made for someone as a custom crochet order. They are for a set of twins, one a girl, the other a boy. As you can see, the customer ordered 2 different edge treatments.

Here is a picture of the booties up close. The baby ombre colors the customer ordered was an excellent choice, as the booties will match many clothing items. What a great accessory for baby.
